ZD888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from ZD888.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZD888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.
ZD888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical disruptions and third-party service outages may affect Platform availability. ZD888 will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime where practicable.
ZD888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions — including Pakistan, where online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — do so entirely at their own risk and bear full personal legal responsibility for that decision.
ZD888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure following a confirmed breach of these Terms, ZD888 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining Account Balance. Where closure is for non-breach reasons — such as a Player-initiated closure or regulatory closure — any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds and pending bonus winnings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
ZD888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of platform operations. Gambling must remain a form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZD888 holds its operating license. ZD888 is an international platform and does not operate under Pakistani law or claim authorization from any Pakistani authority.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact ZD888 support in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. ZD888 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under ZD888's operating license, the details of which are available from ZD888 support upon request. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory consumer rights you may hold under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
ZD888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a notice displayed on the Platform at login, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently by law or regulatory requirement.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
